The Carwash Management System gives CleverWash real-time information about the occupancy level of the carwashes and helps drivers answer the question: “Where is the nearest available carwash right now?” The platform allows carwash employees to add all cars, automatically merges bookings with on-site washes to streamline the two business flows, and also offers car owners daily and historical reports.
First thing we did was to validate the idea by talking to drivers. The next step was presenting drivers a set of visuals that showed how the app would work. Once we had confirmation that both sides of the marketplace found the product useful, we built the MVP. Seven months later we had over 1500 users with no marketing whatsoever.
CleverWash is available as a mobile app on iOS and Android, but also as a website and a call center number. Drivers currently see a list of carwashes, select the service they need, then the date & time and finally enter their information. After that they get a confirmation and the carwash is notified of the booking.

The focus in 2018 is exclusively on sales and marketing, with the objective of expanding to the 5 largest cities in Romania and reaching a market share of 20%
